I am a customer focussed consultant with over 30 years experience in the NHS in Wales culminating in board level leadership roles in two NHS organisations. I am qualified to post-graduate level and hold a post-graduate qualification in commissioning. I have proven abilities in leading complex strategy and planning for organisations, delivery of complex service change, stakeholder engagement and specific expertise in working across organisations with multi-sector service change projects. My experience as Board Director has given me the broad insight that is required to work with clients to appraise the challenges that organisations face and to alongside them to tackle their most important priorities and goals.
My most tangible and visible achievements are the leadership roles that I have taken in significant service change projects in Wales. These include:
• The Loudoun Square re-development: an innovative housing, commercial and healthcare development in one of the most deprived areas of Cardiff and Wales. I led the health team in this partnership project between the Health Board, Council and Housing Association and the local community that delivered this transformational local community project
• The Glan Irfon Health and Social Care Centre in Builth Wells delivers a new integrated health and social care model with and for the local community. I led the health team that delivered this project in partnership with Powys County Council
• In 2015 I delivered the Powys Health Board Integrated Medium Term Plan, the 3 year strategic service and financial plan for the organisation

I have experience of working in organisations working in urban and rural communities, in public health, primary care and commissioning and in managing facilities, estates and transformation teams.
